illume Property Management brought Fab Brands in to create a complete multifamily property brand identity for The Tristan — a vibrant new apartment complex in SE Portland. The goal was to build market awareness, attract tenants, and give this fresh new property a personality as bold and inviting as its location.
With the color scheme predetermined by the property owner and architect, we set out crafting a brand identity that was bright, happy, and upbeat — one that celebrated The Tristan’s defining promise: “Modern Amenities, Urban Location & Fresh Style.”
That concept was carried through every touchpoint: logo design, website, signage, window graphics, print materials, transit ads, print advertising, and social media marketing. Every element working together to tell the same story and fill those apartments.
