The owner of The Tristan, a new apartment complex in SE Portland, tasked Fab Brands with creating a suite of branded marketing material to expand market awareness and attract tenants. With the color scheme predetermined by the property owner and architect, we set out creating a brand identity that was bright, happy, and upbeat that celebrated the building’s “Modern Amenities, Urban Location & Fresh Style.” This concept was carried out through the logo design, website,  signage, window graphics, print materials, transit ads, print advertising, and social media marketing.
