With over 25 years in the marketing industry, Beth Erlendson is the strategic spark behind Fab Brands. She launched the agency in 2009 (then known as FAB Marketing Group) and gave it a bold new name in 2019 to reflect its evolving mission: helping businesses grow and thrive through inspired branding, design, and websites that actually work.

Parker is the visual mastermind behind Fab Brands’ most iconic creative work. As our Creative Director, he brings brand visions to life with striking logos, beautifully intuitive websites, and marketing materials that not only catch the eye—but stay in your audience’s mind.
Damon Hart

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, web accessibility remediation and user interface design are Damon’s specialties. He has a passion for creating an inclusive user experience, which comes from his years working in social services.

René has more than 30 years of experience providing quality content to numerous online and print publications, including Oregon Live, illume Property Management, and High School on SI, honing his ability to quickly assess situations to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.
Beth Erlendson
Founder & Chief Marketing Strategist
With over 25 years in the marketing industry, Beth Erlendson is the strategic spark behind Fab Brands. Since founding the agency in 2009, she has been on a mission to help businesses grow and thrive through inspired branding, standout design, and websites that truly deliver.
Beth’s background blends the best of big-league experience and creative agility. Before founding Fab Brands, she led marketing initiatives at TriMet and flexed her digital muscles at Nike’s Digital Commerce Division—so she knows her way around both public sector storytelling and global e-commerce scale.
Known for her uncanny ability to wrangle complex projects, rally creative teams, and deliver high-impact results with a smile, Beth is both the strategist and the cheerleader your brand didn’t know it needed.
When she’s not busy building brands, Beth might be roaming the Willamette Valley in search of the next standout winemaker, raising a glass with friends at a lively dinner, or simply soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest outdoors.
Back in Portland, Beth brings her sparkle to the business community as a board member of the Oregon Executives Association and the leading force behind the annual fashion show at the University Club of Portland.
Jim Parker
Creative Director & Principal
Jim Parker is the visual mastermind behind Fab Brands’ most iconic creative work. As our Creative Director, he brings brand visions to life with striking logos, beautifully intuitive websites, and marketing materials that not only catch the eye—but stay in your audience’s mind.
With a career spanning over three decades (including 20+ years as Creative Director at the award-winning packaging firm Bonita Pioneer), Jim’s fingerprints can be found on standout designs across the Pacific Northwest. His work blends classic design principles with bold creativity, delivering visuals that are both timeless and trend-savvy.
Parker studied communications at the University of Portland and is a long-time member of the Color Marketing Group—an international color forecasting organization—because yes, he literally has a sixth sense for color trends before they hit.
When he’s not designing brands that turn heads, Jim’s probably out on the town enjoying Portland’s food scene, catching the latest art exhibits, or swapping stories with friends over something delicious.
Damon Hart
Web Developer & Designer
With over 15 years experience in the industry, web accessibility remediation and user interface design are Damon’s specialities. He has a passion for creating an inclusive user experience, which comes from his years working in social services. He’s intimately familiar with WordPress, Drupal, Big Commerce, Shopify, and more.
Aside from being our Web Developer, Damon also works under Parker as a Web Designer for Fab.
Damon’s interests include photography and fermenting hot sauce. When not at home, you can find him out birding in Oaks Bottom, kayaking the Willamette, fly-fishing at Milo McIver State Park, or otherwise out enjoying our beautiful state.
René Ferrán
Editor & Project Manager
René has more than 25 years of experience providing quality content to numerous online and print publications, including Oregon Live, illume Property Management, and Referee magazine, honing his ability to quickly assess situations to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.
At Fab Brands, he provides our clients with engaging and effective copy that serves to inform, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.
When René is not slumped over a keyboard, you can probably find him officiating a youth sports event or spending time with his wife and two children, perhaps chasing a little white ball in the woods.
