During our brand discovery session, the client indicated that she wanted a modern, clean, and sophisticated brand identity that communicated her firm’s commitment to providing clear, transparent, accurate, and personalized service.

We drew inspiration from famed writer and poet Kamand Kojouri, who wrote, “Be like the sun who fell in love with the moon and shared all his light.” Several names were presented around that theme, and the client selected “illume.” She felt this name perfectly reflected her desire “to illuminate every contact we have with customers, to be kind and professional in demeanor, and ethical and accurate in our dealings.”

Since then, Fab Brands has created numerous marketing tools for illume Property Management, ensuring a consistent brand experience at every customer touchpoint, including print sales materials, digital ads, stationery, interior office signage, outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, promotional materials, and more.
